Der folgende Artikel leistet einen Beitrag zur Erforschung verschiedener Inszenierungspraktiken und Dimensionen des impression management von Peerkulturen und ihren Lehrer*innen in ihrer wechselseitigen Wahrnehmung und begründet die Verwendung des Gruppendiskussionsverfahrens. Die unterschiedlichen Inszenierungsmodi werden am Beispiel eines Gymnasiums, das einen besonderen Exklusivitätsanspruch reklamiert, diskutiert. Dazu werden die Gründe aufgezeigt, warum sich Goffmans dramaturgisches Konzept und insbesondere die Mystifikation als die zentrale Strategie der Eindrucksmanipulation eignen, um die verschiedenen Inszenierungsstrategien der unterschiedlichen Schulakteur*innen zu entschlüsseln. Letztendlich will der Aufsatz dazu beitragen, auf der Basis des Forschungsprojekts konzeptionell die unterschiedlichen Inszenierungsstrategien von Peergroups und ihren Lehrer*innen im Schulraum in ihrer wechselseitigen Betrachtung zu analysieren, zu diskutieren und das Besondere des Forschungsfeldes zu konturieren.... view less

The following article makes a contribution to the study of the different staging practices and dimensions of impression management of peer-cultures and their teachers in their reciprocal perception. It uses an analytical focus groups approach. The different staging modes are discussed based on the empirical of a Grammar School which claims to have a specifical exclusivity. The reason will be considered why Goffman's dramaturgical concept and especially mystification as the central strategy of the impression especially manipulation are suitable in order to decrypt for the different performance strategies of the various School actors. On the empirical base of the research project, this paper attempts to analyzise the different staging strategies of peer groups and their teachers in their reciprocal perception in school areas and the peculiarity of the field of research will be formulated.... view less
