Die Weltanschauungsdiktatur

Abstract

Ausgehend vom Unterschied zwischen konstitutionellen und nicht-konstitutionellen Diktaturen wird ein Konzept der ideologischen Diktatur entwickelt, für die das bolschewistische und das nationalsozialistische Regime paradigmatische Beispiele darstellen. Weltanschauungsdiktaturen werden als nicht-konstitutionelle Diktaturen besonderer Art gesehen. Der Verfasser erläutert die Charakteristika von Weltanschauungsdiktaturen und analysiert typische Methoden und Herrschaftsziele. (ICEÜbers)

'Starting out from distinguishing between constitutional and non-constitutional dictatorships, the concept of ideological dictatorship is developed, for which the Bolshevist and the National Socialist regimes are presented as paradigmatic examples. Ideological dictatorships are introduced as non-constitutional dictatorships of a special kind. The essay explains the characteristics of ideological dictatorships and analyzes the nature of those methods and goals of rule as being typical for this kind of dictatorship.' (author's abstract)|
