Ausgehend vom Unterschied zwischen konstitutionellen und nicht-konstitutionellen Diktaturen wird ein Konzept der ideologischen Diktatur entwickelt, für die das bolschewistische und das nationalsozialistische Regime paradigmatische Beispiele darstellen. 'Starting out from distinguishing between constitutional and non-constitutional dictatorships, the concept of ideological dictatorship is developed, for which the Bolshevist and the National Socialist regimes are presented as paradigmatic examples.
