dc.description.abstract	Ausgehend vom Unterschied zwischen konstitutionellen und nicht-konstitutionellen Diktaturen wird ein Konzept der ideologischen Diktatur entwickelt, für die das bolschewistische und das nationalsozialistische Regime paradigmatische Beispiele darstellen. Weltanschauungsdiktaturen werden als nicht-konstitutionelle Diktaturen besonderer Art gesehen. Der Verfasser erläutert die Charakteristika von Weltanschauungsdiktaturen und analysiert typische Methoden und Herrschaftsziele. (ICEÜbers)	de
dc.description.abstract	'Starting out from distinguishing between constitutional and non-constitutional dictatorships, the concept of ideological dictatorship is developed, for which the Bolshevist and the National Socialist regimes are presented as paradigmatic examples. Ideological dictatorships are introduced as non-constitutional dictatorships of a special kind. The essay explains the characteristics of ideological dictatorships and analyzes the nature of those methods and goals of rule as being typical for this kind of dictatorship.'
