Vor dem Hintergrund einer rekonstruktiven Studie zu Geschlechterkonstruktionen in einer Kindertageseinrichtung werden verschiedene Ebenen von Normativität in der erziehungswissenschaftlichen Geschlechterforschung im Kontext der eigenen Forschungsvorannahmen zur Diskussion gestellt. Auf Basis der Ausführungen wird der Mehrwert einer deskriptiven, rekonstruktiven Forschungsperspektive auf Geschlecht hergeleitet. In diesem Zusammenhang wird die ethnomethodologische Indifferenz als Qualitätskriterium definiert und in Rekurs auf den empirischen Konstruktivismus proklamiert, vermehrt möglichst wertfreie Forschungsperspektiven auf Geschlecht im pädagogischen Feld einzunehmen.... view less

Against the background of a reconstructive study on doing gender in a day-care centre, various levels of normativity are discussed in the context of gender studies in educational science on the basis of the research's own assumptions. Based on the remarks, the added value of a descriptive, reconstructive research perspective on gender is derived. In this context, ethnomethodological indifference is defined as a quality criterion and it is encouraged to increasingly adopt a research perspective on gender in education that is as unbiased as possible.... view less
