Abstract
Spätestens seit dem PISA-Schock vor zehn Jahren und den Bologna-Reformen entwickelte sich großer Aktionismus im Bildungssystem. Dieser führte seinerseits wiederum zu Kritik und endete in erneuten Rufen nach einer stärkeren Bundeskompetenz im Bildungsbereich.
