Der Verkehrssektor steht vor einem tiefgreifenden Wandel von einer fossilen zu einer postfossilen Mobilitätskultur. Dabei spielt der Elektroverkehr eine zentrale Rolle. Anhand der Ladeinfrastruktur zeigt sich, dass die Entwicklung des Elektroverkehrs als Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen Verkehrsentwicklung politisch gestaltet werden muss. Dazu fehlen aktuell jedoch die notwendigen politischen Rahmenbedingungen. Im Ergebnis wird die Entwicklung von ökonomischen Partikularinteressen bestimmt, während das Gemeinwohlinteresse einer nachhaltigen Verkehrsentwicklung nachrangig behandelt wird. Es wird gezeigt, dass die Herausforderung des anstehenden Transformationswandels von einer fossilen zu einer postfossilen Mobilitätskultur darin besteht, neue Formen der Kommunikation, Partizipation und Kooperation zu etablieren, um eine nachhaltige Verkehrsentwicklung zukünftig politisch gestalten zu können.... view less

The transport sector is facing a fundamental change from a fossil to a post-fossil mobility culture, where electric transport plays an important role. Based on the charging infrastructure it appears that the development of electric transport has to be shaped politically in order to contribute to a sustainable transport development. In fact, there is a lack of political regulatory framework. Therefore the recent development is dominated by economic interests while the public interest of sustainable development is lacking. It will be shown that the challenge of the upcoming transformation from the fossil to a post-fossil mobility culture will be to establish new forms of communication, participation and cooperation to shape a sustainable transport development politically.... view less
