Was macht eine Demonstration aus - politik-, rechts- und verfassungstheoretisch? Worin unterscheidet sie sich von einer Revolution oder einer Rebellion? Ist eine Demo mit einer kollektiven Meinungsäußerung gleichzusetzen? In dem Beitrag wird das Phänomen Demo vor dem Hintergrund der Demokratietheorie, der Menschenrechte und neuerer Revolutionstheorie eingeordnet. What constitutes a demonstration - in terms of political, legal and constitutional theory? How does it differ from a revolution or a rebellion? Can a demonstration be equated with a collective expression of opinion? In this article, the phenomenon of the demonstration will be classified against the background of democratic theory, human rights, and more recent revolutionary theory.
