Die EMN-Studie thematisiert die Voraussetzungen der Gründung eines Startups sowie die allgemeinen Förderinstrumente in Deutschland. Im Fokus der Betrachtungen stehen dabei die Einreisebestimmungen sowie die spezifischen Förderinstrumente für internationale Startups auf Bundes- und Landesebene. Die Zahl der Startups ist in Deutschland in den vergangenen Jahren deutlich angestiegen. 70.000 Startups wurden im Jahr 2019 in Deutschland gezählt, während es drei Jahre zuvor noch 54.000 Startups waren, wobei keine Informationen vorliegen, wie viele der Startups von Drittstaatsangehörigen gegründet und geführt werden.... view less

This EMN study focuses on the requirements for setting up a start-up as well as the general support instruments in Germany. The focus is on entry requirements as well as the specific funding instruments for international start-ups at the federal and Land level. The number of start-ups in Germany has risen significantly in recent years. 70,000 start-ups were counted in Germany in 2019, compared to 54,000 three years earlier, although no information is available on how many of the start-ups are founded and managed by third-country nationals.... view less
