Die schnell voranschreitende Datafizierung führt zu einer deutlich spürbaren, aber noch schwer zu benennenden Verschiebung der Anforderungen an die Beschäftigten. Wir werden zeigen, dass dieser Wandel in seiner Undefiniertheit einerseits zu neuen Aushandlungen von Kompetenzbereichen auf organisationaler Ebene führt und andererseits zu Aushandlungen neuer Fähigkeitsprofile und daran anschließend zu Herausforderungen in der Kommunikation. In einem ersten Schritt wurden daher Unternehmen nach ihren Vorstellungen befragt, welche Eigenschaften zukünftig relevant sein werden und welche Kompetenzen Studienabgänger mitbringen sollten. The rapidly progressing datafication leads to a clearly noticeable, but still difficult to name shift in the demands placed on employees. We will show that this change in its undefined nature leads on the one hand to new negotiations of areas of competence at the organisational level and on the other hand to the negotiation of new skills profiles and subsequently to challenges in communication. In a first step, companies were therefore asked about their ideas as to which characteristics will be relevant in the future and which competencies graduates should bring with them.
