Der Beitrag verfolgt das Ziel, Spannungsfelder in der Programmplanung stärker als bisher theoretisch zu unterscheiden, indem Widerspruchskonstellationen und professionelle Antinomien differenziert werden. Strukturen und Widerspruchskonstellationen haben Einfluss auf die Konturierung der Antinomien und damit auf die Programm planung. Professionelles Programmplanungshandeln zeigt sich gerade im Umgang mit professionellen Antinomien. Neben einem Mehrwert für die wissenschaftliche Analyse ist die Unterscheidung auch für die Aus- und Weiterbildung von Erwachsenenbildner/ inne/n relevant. Durch eine integrierte Diskussion von Programmplanungsansätzen und Professionstheorien soll ein Beitrag zur Ergänzung von Programmplanungsmodellen geleistet werden.... view less

The article aims at providing guidelines for a clear theoretical differentiation between various areas of tension in the planning of programs by outlining structures and contradictory constellations have an impact on the contouring of antinomies and, thus, on program planning. A professional approach to program planning manifests itself in how such professional antinomies are dealt with, in particular. In addition to being of great value to the scientific analysis, this differentiation is also of relevance to the training and further education of adult educators.
