Geschichte und Computer im Internet - Informationsgewinnung zwischen Chaos und Ordnung

Abstract

Even in the field of history the internet and its graphic surface, the WorldWideWeb has become more and more important. The main problem is the decentralized structure of the internet which makes it difficult to do systematic research within specific scientific fields. An adequate solution could be a knot which would bundle information or would give references for further data resources. The structure of such a knot - which has been started to develop in a project of history students in Cologne - will be shown as follows.
