Abstract

"Kommunikation ist zentraler Bestandteil des Internets. Kommunikative Gewalt hat erhebliche Auswirkungen auf queer-feministischen Netzaktivismus. In dem Artikel geht es um Hintergründe gewaltvoller, anti-feministischer und rassistischer Kommunikation und um Fragen der Regulierungsmöglichkeiten und -notwendigkeiten. (Wie) kann gewaltförmige Kommunikation, im Netz verhindert und unterbunden werden? Wie weit reicht Selbstregulierung? Welche Mittel der Regulierung stehen in demokratisch verfassten Staaten und international zur Verfügung? Inwiefern kann an feministische Errungenschaften der 1970/80er Jahre angeknüpft werden?"
