(Autorenreferat)... view less

"Work-related depression is increasing. The relevant new ergonomic an public health literature shows clear results: As part of the neoliberal political economy process the real market pressure is passed on the employees with the consequence of permanent overload, overcommitment, and breakdown of personal identities. Referring to those trends the rehabilitation medicine and a broad part of psychotherapeutic scene don't develop an oppositional attitude. If individuals and - as a substitute - her bodies and minds are rebelling against working conditions the doctors often diagnose an adaption disorder with the consequence of further personal isolation. In opposite of the narrow psychological view of things we emphasize an action orientated 'bottom up' health program at the workplace." (author's abstract)... view less
