Integrierte Versorgung: auf dem Weg zur virtuellen Organisation

Abstract

"Managed Care Ansätze in Deutschland sind mit Hilfe von Netzwerkunternehmen nach dem Konzept der virtuellen Organisationen auch in Deutschland denkbar. Mit der Einführung des § 140a-d SGB V und weiterer Optionen des Gesetzgebers steht in Deutschland die Reorganisation der Gesundheitsversorgung mit Hilfe integrierter Versorgungsformen im Mittelpunkt der gesundheitspolitischen Diskussion. Die Integration der Versorgungs- und Versicherungsfunktion in einem Netzwerk von Unternehmen der Gesundheitsversorgung bildet die Voraussetzung, um ein weites Behandlungsspektrum im Sinne einer ganzheitlichen Versorgung gemessen an den Patientenbedürfnissen abdecken zu können. Das Leistungsangebot richtet sich nach den Kernkompetenzen der in Kooperation auf Basis vertraglicher Regelungen stehenden Leistungserbringer. Die virtuelle Organisation ist durch eine intensive Zusammenarbeit von rechtlich und wirtschaftlich selbständigen Unternehmen gekennzeichnet. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Entwicklung stehen die Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien. Im Wettbewerb der Netzwerkunternehmen zählen Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu den Erfolgsfaktoren. "After the concepts of virtual organizations network enterprises are also conceivable in Germany as managed care forms in the United States. With the § 140a-d SGB V and further options of the legislator the reorganization of the health care is located in the center of the health-political discussions. The virtual organization is characterized by an intensive coordination process between legal and economically autonomous enterprises.
