stehenden Leistungserbringer. Die virtuelle Organisation ist durch eine intensive
Zusammenarbeit von rechtlich und wirtschaftlich selbständigen Unternehmen
gekennzeichnet. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Entwicklung stehen die Informations-
und Kommunikationstechnologien. Im Wettbewerb der Netzwerkunternehmen
zählen Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit zu den Erfolgsfaktoren.
Gesetzte Anforderungen erfordern die Anwendung betriebswirtschaftlicher
Instrumentarien und das Management der Versorgungsprozesse." [Autorenreferat]... view less

"After the concepts of virtual organizations network enterprises are also conceivable
in Germany as managed care forms in the United States. With the §

health care is located in the center of the health-political discussions. The
integration of health care and health insurance in one enterprise forms the

needs. The performance depends on the main skills of suppliers who are
contractual in co-operation. The virtual organization is characterized by an
intensive coordination process between legal and economically autonomous
enterprises. As well as the reorganization of health care delivery information
