Review: Rekonstruktive Forschung in der Sozialen Arbeit

Abstract

Este ensayo se centra en los cuatro primeros libros de una nueva serie titulada "Investigación reconstructiva en trabajo social", publicados por Barbara Budrich. El punto de partida es la idea de que los métodos y hallazgos de la investigación cualitativa podrían ser útiles para las diferentes áreas de trabajo social, la educación y la formación avanzada. Las dos conferencias y los dos estudios presentan una amplia gama de conceptos, métodos, resultados y campos de aplicación. Al mismo tiempo, demuestran que algunas cuestiones importantes aún están abiertas, especialmente en relación con las diferencias entre la ética y los criterios de calidad de la investigación científica cualitativa y las normas de la práctica del trabajo social.

This review focuses on the first four books of a new series titled "Reconstructive Research in Social Work" published by Barbara Budrich publishers. The starting point is the idea that the methods and findings of qualitative research could be helpful for different areas of social work, education and advanced training. The two conference readers and the two studies present a wide range of concepts, methods, results and fields of application. At the same time, they demonstrate that some important questions are still open, especially in relation to the differences between the ethics and quality criteria of qualitative scientific research and the standards of social work practice.

Im Mittelpunkt der Besprechung stehen die ersten vier Bände einer neuen Buchreihe mit dem Titel "Rekonstruktive Forschung in der Sozialen Arbeit" im Barbara Budrich Verlag. Ausgangspunkt ist dabei die Idee, Ergebnisse und Verfahren rekonstruktiver bzw. qualitativer Sozialforschung für die verschiedenen Felder sozialer Arbeit sowie für die Ausbildung und Weiterbildung der Fachkräfte nutzbar zu machen. Die zwei Tagungsbände und die zwei Monografien präsentieren ein breites Spektrum von Konzepten, Verfahren, Ergebnissen und Anwendungsfeldern. Zugleich machen sie auch deutlich, dass viele systematische Fragen, vor allem die Unterschiede zwischen wissenschaftlichen Gütekriterien und praktischen Standards, noch nicht ausreichend geklärt sind.
