%X In response to the increasing demand of electricity in Egypt, I introduce a new approach to dynamic temporal and spatial sustainability assessment modeling of technologies for electricity planning with an analysis of the decision-making process of multiple actors in the energy sector and its impact on climate change. I use a novel approach of integrating multi-criteria decision analysis, spatial geographic information system data analysis and agent-based modeling.
