Die Interviewsituation als Reflexionsraum in der Adoleszenz: Zwischen der Freude am Fahrrad und der Kritik des Kapitalismus

Abstract

Vor dem Hintergrund der adoleszenztheoretischen Frage, wie Jugendliche ihre Identität mit Rückgriff auf Identitätsangebote konstruieren, wird im vorliegenden Beitrag die These formuliert, dass das qualitative Interview für Jugendliche einen Experimentierraum darstellt, der sie in ihrer Identitätskonstruktion unterstützt. Um dieser These nachzugehen werden methodisch-methodologische Diskussionen zu Ko-Konstruktion von Identität und Interviewinteraktion mit Alois Hahns Konzept des Biografiegeneratoren verknüpft, um die lebensweltlichen Potentiale des Interviews für Jugendliche zu verdeutlichen. Anhand empirischen Materials wird nachgezeichnet, wie die gemeinsame Identitätskonstruktion im Interview erfolgt, wie sich Schwierigkeiten in dieser Konstruktion affektiv ausdrücken und welche Bedeutung diese Erkenntnisse für qualitative Forschung mit Jugendlichen haben.

Based on the question how young adults create their own identity based on different identity offerings, I want to discuss the following thesis: A qualitative interview can be seen as a possibility for adolescents to be supported in their identity construction. To follow this thesis I will link methodical-methodological discussions about co-construction of identity and interview interaction with Alois Hahns concept of biography generators. By linking these aspects I will point out the potentials of Interviews for adolescents within their lifeworld. Discussing empirical data, I will show the co-construction of Identity in an interview, how conflicts and problems within this co-construction become visible and the impact of these findings on qualitative research with adolescents.
