Purpose. There are efforts to combat HIV/AIDS through Sustainable Development Goals and so, HIV/AIDS community health projects have been implemented to shape HIV/AIDS management and care. The present study examined the influence of participatory decision-making on the performance of HIV/AIDS community health projects in Kisumu County, Kenya.
