dc.description.abstract	The Federal Youth Advisory Boards (FYAB) Call to Action foregrounds central challenges involved in developing child-friendly and youth-friendly European policy. There is an urgent need for (European) policy measures to counteract structural inequalities and negative effects caused by the Covid-19 pandemic such as the exacerbated situation faced by young refugees at the borders of the EU or the restricted access to key institutions for education, social contacts, exchange, and mobility across Europe.	de
