Abstract
Seit dem ersten Corona-Lockdown wurde das Arbeiten im Home Office zu einer neuen Normalität für Büroarbeitende. Die Beschäftigten äußern großen Bedarf nach einer Verstetigung auch nach der Pandemie. In Frage steht, wie das Home Office für Betriebe wie Beschäftigte nachhaltig gestaltetet werden kann.
