Rescatando el pensamiento de Carlos Matus y la Teoría del Juego Social: Reconstrucción hermenéutica de un aporte nuestro-americano para el estudio del Estado, el Gobierno y las Políticas Públicas

Abstract

The study of the State, Government, and Public Policies in Our America demands to recognize both the subjective diversity of stakeholders, as well as the diverse systemic unrest that was historically produced and accumulated. Based on this, this article rescues and presents a hermeneutic reconstruction of the Social Game Theory and Carlos Matus' Thought, by providing a conceptual-methodological framework, which gives tools to interpret political and social action as a field of social production, where systemic reproductiontransformation is permanently conjugated, by opening both the concept of government, and overcoming the ideological dichotomy of the State and Civil Society.

El estudio del Estado, el Gobierno y las Políticas Públicas en Nuestraamérica demanda reconocer tanto la diversidad subjetiva de los actores, como también las diversas conflictividades sistémicas que históricamente se produjeron y acumularon. Partiendo de esto, el presente artículo rescata y presenta una reconstrucción hermenéutica de la Teoría del Juego Social y el pensamiento de Carlos Matus, aportando un marco conceptual-metodológico que: da herramientas para interpretar la acción política y social como un campo de producción social, donde permanente se conjuga la reproducción-transformaciónsistémica, abriendo el concepto de gobierno y superando también la dicotomía ideológica del Estado y Sociedad Civil.
