Von besonderer Bedeutung sind dabei die Entwicklung und der Einsatz fortschrittlicher autonomer Waffensysteme, die die Art und Weise der Konfliktführung verändern und die grundlegenden Strategien auf modernen Schlachtfeldern neu definieren.
