El documento aborda lo que enfrentan las familias en situaciones de cambios que impactan y debilitan su economía, el cuidado de los menores queda en segundo lugar, lo cual afecta su bienestar. A partir de las voces de los propios niños y niñas se identifica la necesidad de contar con redes de cuidado más allá del entorno familiar; la urgencia de impulsar políticas públicas respecto a la conciliación entre la vida laboral y familiar, en un contexto marcado por la informalidad laboral; y la pertinencia de seguir abordando las normas sociales de género en relación con el cuidado, pues es sobre la base de estas que se reproducen y arraigan las inequidades en el fuero doméstico.... view less

The document addresses what families face in situations of changes that impact and weaken their economy, the care of children is in second place, which affects their wellbeing. The voices of the children themselves identify the need for care networks beyond the family environment; the urgency of promoting public policies regarding the reconciliation of work and family life, in a context marked by labor informality; and the relevance of continuing to address gender social norms in relation to care, since it is on the basis of these that inequalities in the domestic sphere are reproduced and take root.... view less
