Die Flexibilisierung, Entgrenzung und Subjektivierung der Arbeit sowie die Singularisierung und Digitalisierung sind wesentliche Merkmale der spätmodernen Arbeitswelt, die sich zunehmend auf Arbeitsbedingungen, -strukturen und -beziehungen auswirken und auch Folgen für Formen betrieblicher Solidarität haben. Traditionelle Formen der Solidarität in industriellen Beziehungen, die durch Gewerkschaften und Betriebsräte vertreten werden, erscheinen zunehmend veraltet. Flexibilisation, the dissolution of boundaries and the subjectivisation of work, as well as singularisation and digitalisation, are key features of the late modern world of work, which are having an increasing impact on working conditions, structures and relationships, as well as on forms of corporate solidarity. Traditional forms of solidarity in industrial relations, represented by trade unions and works councils, appear increasingly outdated.
