%X This study shows the outcomes of a research project engaged in a Language for Specific Purposes (LSP) course, which targeted to develop students' language proficiency for targeted goals instead of a general English course. The course content development process required several stages, including a requirements analysis, goal and objective setting, content selection and development, and course assessment. The LSP course was executed in a library setting, and the researchers aimed to increase students' social skills through English language learning. The study randomly selected thirty international students using a mixed-method approach to gather data to serve the needs of UTM Skudai's students. The researchers stipulated a comprehensive analysis of the course plan, content, and emphasis areas to clarify how language awareness is integrated into LSP courses. This study provides a clear understanding of how LSP courses deliver language awareness.
