Eine zentrale Forderung für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Inklusion ist die Zusammenarbeit in multiprofessionellen Teams. Der Artikel nimmt Bezug auf eine qualitative Studie, die nach den Bedingungen für multiprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in Kindertageseinrichtungen unter dem Anspruch von Inklusion fragt. Im Beitrag werden zunächst die zentralen Erkenntnisse der Gesamtstudie skizziert. Basierend darauf wird anhand eines Falls aus der Studie die Rekonstruktion inklusionsbezogener Orientierungen im Team beispielhaft nachgezeichnet. A central requirement for the successful implementation of inclusion is cooperation in multiprofessional teams. The article refers to a qualitative study that asks about the conditions for multi-professional collaboration in day-care centers under the claim of inclusion. The article first outlines the central findings of the overall study. Based on this, the reconstruction of inclusion-related orientations in the team is exemplified using a case from the study.
