Der Einsatz archivierter Forschungsdaten in der qualitativen Methodenausbildung - Konzept und Evaluation eines Pilotmodells für forschungsnahes Lernen

Abstract

Die digitale Archivierung qualitativer Forschungsdaten bietet zusammen mit dem Fortschritt softwaregestützter Datenanalyse die Chance zur Wiederverwendung der Daten für eine forschungsnahe Ausbildung in der qualitativen Sozialforschung. Archivierte Daten können als Demonstrations- und Analysematerialien genutzt werden und damit zu einem besseren Verständnis qualitativer Forschungsmethodik verhelfen. Für die forschungsnahe Methodenausbildung kann die Verwendung des Konzepts des "Blended Learning", das Präsenzlehre mit Elementen des E-Learning verknüpft, von Vorteil sein. Es gewährleistet sowohl die fachliche Anleitung durch eine Lehrperson als auch eigenständige forschungspraktische Anwendungen durch die Lernenden. Der Artikel stellt das Konzept und Evaluationsergebnisse eines Lehr-Lernmodells vor, welches das Archiv für Lebenslaufforschung (ALLF) der Graduate School of Social Sciences (GSSS) an der Universität Bremen für die Nutzung archivierter Interviewdaten in der qualitativen Methodenausbildung entwickelte. Das Pilotmodell, dessen inhaltlicher Schwerpunkt auf der Auswertungsmethode des problemzentrierten Interviews liegt, orientiert sich am Konzept des Blended Learning. Die Erprobung und Evaluation in der Lehr-Lernpraxis erfolgte im Rahmen einer Pilotveranstaltung des mobileCampus-Projekts im Studiengang Psychologie der Universität Bremen. Das Lehr-Lernmodell für forschungsnahes Lernen des Archivs für Lebenslaufforschung soll im Rahmen der Debatte "Lehren und Lernen der Methoden qualitativer Sozialforschung" (http://www.qualitative-research.net/fqs/fqs-d/debate-4-d.htm) zur Diskussion gestellt werden. Außerdem soll mit dem Artikel selbst ein Beitrag zur Debatte geleistet werden.

Digital archiving of qualitative research data together with the progress made in software-based data analysis provides the opportunity to re-use data for a training scheme that is closely related to research in the qualitative social sciences. Archived data can be used as material for demonstration and analysis and can thus facilitate a deeper insight into qualitative research methodology. The use of the concept of "blended learning" linking face-to-face teaching with elements of e-learning can be of advantage for the training of methods that is closely related to research. It ensures both professional tutoring by a teacher and independent research work by the students. The article presents the concept and the evaluation results of a training and learning model the Life-Course-Archive of the Graduate School of Social Sciences (GSSS) at the University of Bremen developed for the use of archived interview data in the training of qualitative research methods. The pilot model with its focus on the approach for the analysis of problem-centered interviews is geared to the concept of blended learning. Testing and evaluation took place within a pilot course of the project mobileCampus carried out in the psychology department at the University of Bremen. The training and learning model for learning that is closely linked to research of the Life-Course-Archive is put up for discussion within the FQS Debate on "Teaching and Learning Qualitative Research Methods in the Social Sciences" (http://www.qualitative-research.net/fqs-texte/a5b6c7/07-3-15-d.htm). In addition, the article itself is to serve as a contribution to this discussion.

El archivo digital de datos cualitativos de investigación acompañado del progreso reciente en el análisis de datos asistido por computadora, proporcionan una oportunidad para la reutilización de los datos en un esquema de capacitación que está fuertemente vinculado a la investigación en las ciencias sociales cualitativas. Los datos archivados pueden usarse como material para la demostración y el análisis y además pueden facilitar un conocimiento más profundo en la metodología cualitativa de investigación. Usar el concepto de "aprendizaje mezclado" vinculando la enseñanza cara a cara con elementos del aprendizaje electrónico (e-learning) puede ser un avance en la capacitación de los métodos al asegurar tanto tutorías profesionales, por parte del maestro, como trabajo de investigación independiente por parte de los estudiantes. El artículo presenta el concepto y la evaluación de resultados de un modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje del Archivo de Curso de Vida de la Escuela de Grado de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Bremen, que fue desarrollado para usar datos archivados de entrevistas en la capacitación de métodos cualitativos de investigación. El modelo piloto, con su enfoque en la aproximación para el análisis de las entrevistas centradas en el problema, es animado por el concepto de aprendizaje mezclado. La prueba y la evaluación tuvieron lugar dentro del curso piloto del proyecto Campus móvil llevado a cabo por el Departamento de Psicología de la Universidad de Bremen. El modelo de enseñanza-aprendizaje que está fuertemente vinculado a la investigación en el Archivo de Curso de Vida es puesto a discusión en la sección de Debates FQS en "Aprendizaje y enseñanza de métodos cualitativos de investigación en ciencias sociales" (http://www.qualitative-research.net/fqs/fqs-e/debate-4-e.htm). En suma, el artículo en sí mismo es una contribución a esta discusión.
