Investigación cualitativa y psicología social crítica en el Chile actual: Conocimientos situados y acción política

Abstract

In Chile existieren vielfältige qualitative Forschungsansätze, einer davon ist kritische Sozialpsychologie. Hier geht es um einen Zugang, der die Perspektive der sozialen Akteure einbezieht und von einem lokalen Wissenskonzept ausgeht, das die Irrtümer von Objektivität und wissenschaftlicher Neutralität zurückweist. In diesem Beitrag werden die zentralen Charakteristika einer kritischen Sozialpsychologie und deren Verbindung zu qualitativer Forschung diskutiert. Danach wird der Forschungsprozess beschrieben in seinen Bezügen zu kollektiven Erinnerungen der Opfer von Menschenrechtsverletzungen während des Putsches und der Militärdiktatur in Chile, und es wird gezeigt, in welcher Weise die Forschungsergebnisse künstlerisch-politische Interventionen während der Trauerfeiern zum 11. September 2005 ermöglichten.

Diverse approaches to qualitative research have been developed in Chile, one of them being that of critical social psychology. One of the characteristics of this perspective has been to develop a viewpoint that incorporates the perspectives of the social actors, considered as agents, and so to assume a situated view of knowledge, from which the aspiration to scientific objectivity and neutrality is renounced. This text will review critical social psychology's central characteristics and its relationship to qualitative research. A process of research will then be described which concerned memories of the coup d'état and the military dictatorship in Chile, and which developed into an intervention in this area.

En Chile han existido diversas formas de acercarse a la investigación cualitativa, siendo una de ellas la desarrollada por la psicología social crítica. Una de las características de esta perspectiva ha sido desarrollar una mirada que incorpore la visión de los actores sociales, considerados como agentes, y que se haga cargo de una visión situada del conocimiento, desde la cual se renuncia a la pretensión de objetividad y neutralidad científica. En este texto, se revisarán las características centrales de la psicología social crítica y su relación con la investigación cualitativa. Luego, se describirá un proceso de investigación relativo a las memorias del golpe de estado y la dictadura militar en Chile, y su derivación en una intervención en este ámbito.
