Purpose: This study aims to analyze the evaluation of human resources in managing food barns and how to maximize human resources in managing food barns as a form of service to meet community needs during a pandemic. Design/Method/Approach: The research method uses a literature review study design and a descriptive qualitative approaching method. Findings: The results of the research show that in order to improve the effectiveness of human resources, it can be based on technology and information. As well as optimizing human resources, it can be done through trainings that require community and government participation.
