L’identité communautaire dans la gestion territoriale congolaise monte en puissance. Il est signe d’une prise de conscience communautaire et d’un repositionnement politique. Les luba originaires du territoire de Ngandajika en sont parvenus plus tardivement à s’interroger sur la nécessité de revoir la manière de se définir collectivement en contexte de mutation territoriale et de diversité culturelle, et les années 2015 en ont marqué le pas. The communal identity in the congolese territorial management is of a paramount importance. It is a sign helping people to become aware of their community and of determining their political position. Some Luba people, particulary the natives of Ngandajika territory, have tardly asked themselves whether it is necessary to examine thoroughly the manner of defining themselves collectively taking into consideration the context of territorial mutation and of cultural diversity which occured in 2015. Some protesters pretend that they want to keep up the culture of Luba people and excluding others in the province of Lomami, which could be another strategy showing an incompatibility of between ethnic groups in the same political area.... view less
