Der Beitrag analysiert aus ethnografischer, intersektionaler Perspektive Essenspraktiken von Schüler_innen und Fachkräften an einer inklusiven Ganztagsschule. Die kontrastierende Analyse zweier Szenen des Mittagessens einer 5. und 9. Klasse verweist auf schulklassenspezifische Gemeinsamkeiten wie Unterschiede von Essenspraktiken und setzt diese in Verbindung zum situativen Kontext. Die schulstrukturelle Rahmung des obligatorischen Mittagessens für Schüler_innen der Klasse 5 ermöglicht ebenso wie das ungeregelte Mittagessen im Klassenraum der Klasse 9 die situative Aushandlung verschiedener Formen von ex- wie inkludierenden Praktiken. Methodologisch reflektiert, ermöglicht die intersektionale Analyseperspektive das Aufzeigen der Verbindungen von Ungleichheitsdimensionen, die in vergeschlechtlichten Essenspraktiken von Schüler_innen und Fachkräften anhand von Performances und Doing Gendered Authority aufgerufen und bearbeitet werden.... view less

The article analyzes the eating practices of students and professionals at an inclusive all-day school from an ethnographical and an intersectional perspective. A contrasting analysis of two scenes during a 5th grade’s and a 9th grade's lunch break indicates grade-specific commonalities as well as differences in eating practices and links them to the situational context. The structural framing of compulsory lunch for 5th grade students in school, as well as unregulated lunch in the 9th grade classroom includes the situational negotiation of various forms of exclusive and inclusive practices. Adopting an intersectional analysis perspective means it is possible to identify, following a methodological reflection, the connections between the dimensions of inequality which are invoked and processed in gendered eating practices based on performances and doing gendered authority by students and professionals.... view less
