Aufgrund der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung und der aktuellen Umstände der COVID-19-Pandemie stehen viele Bildungseinrichtungen vor der Herausforderung,die Präsenzlehre in den virtuellen Raum zu verlegen. Damit die Aufmerksamkeitsspanne der Teilnehmenden trotz fehlender physischer Nähe und Kontroll-möglichkeiten aufrechterhalten werden kann, gilt es die Online-Seminare möglichst interaktiv zu gestalten. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden die theoretischen Ansätze zur Gestaltung der digitalen Lehre in die Praxis überführt. Anhand konkreter praxisnaher Beispiele wird exemplarisch dargestellt, wie digitale Lehre partizipativer und interaktiver gestaltet werden kann. Zudemwird beschrieben, wie Teilnehmende durch die vorgestellten Beispiele auf relationaler Ebene angesprochen werden und wie die Kohäsion im Team dadurch gezielt gefördert wird.... view less

Due to the ongoing digitalisation and the current circumstances of the COVID 19 pandemic, many educational institutions are faced with the challenge of moving classroom teaching into virtual space. In order to keep the attention span high despite the lack of physical proximity and control possibilities, online seminars must be designed as interactive as possible. In this article the theoretical approaches to the design of digital teaching are transferred into practice. Based on concrete examples of exercises and methods, suggestions are given on how digital teaching can be made more participatory and interactive. It also describes how participants are addressed on a relational level by the examples presented and how cohesion in the team is thereby specifically promoted.... view less
