Expliziert wird dies in Form einer Auseinandersetzung mit dem global beobachtbaren Erstarken munizipalistischer Bewegungen, die - aktuelle Transformationstheorien aufgreifend - als 'munizipalistische Präfiguration' gedeutet werden. In social science research, a defensive understanding of resistance prevails, which the paper confronts with a proactive, world-disclosing concept of resistance. This is explicated in the form of an examination of the globally observable increase in municipal movements, which - taking up current theories of transformation - are interpreted as 'municipal prefiguration'. These manifestations of proactive resistance, it is shown, are based on a twofold transnational character that comes to light in the pursuit of global networking and the claim of 'transcending the national'.... view less
