Which is why another model can be described which puts the protection and bolstering of interests of the workers in a workforce centred context. Innovation oriented and labour centred approaches show considerable overlaps. Both reject quantitative cost cutting strategies and attach more importance to the potential of productivity in innovative work policies. In the operational environment you usually find hybrid forms implemented and in use.... view less
