Evaluation in der Erwachsenenbildung

Abstract

Evaluationen im Hochschul- und Schulbereich sind weit verbreitet und werden auch in der Erwachsenenbildung immer selbstverständlicher. Für Studierende der Erwachsenenbildung ist es daher umso wichtiger, sich mit Evaluationen und ihren Ergebnissen systematisch auseinanderzusetzen. Der Studientext führt in die weiterbildungspolitische und -wissenschaftliche Debatte ein. Erläutert werden Begriffe und Methoden der Evaluation in der Erwachsenenbildung: Allgemeine (historische und theoretische) Grundlagen; Auflistung der Evaluationsfelder in der Weiterbildung; Methoden der Datenerhebung, -interpretation und -bewertung; Umgang mit den Ergebnissen.

Evaluations are widely used within the University and school sector and are also becoming more and more self-evident within adult education. For adult education students it is therefore the more important to systematically deal with evaluations and their results. The study text introduces the reader to the political and scientific debate within further education. Terms and methods of evaluation within adult education are explained: General (historical and theoretical) basics; list of fields of evaluations within the further development sector; methods of data collection, interpretation and assessment; handling of the results.
