Die entwicklungspsychologischen Arbeiten Michael Tomasellos zur grundlegenden Normativität menschlicher Kooperation haben in den vergangenen Jahren interdisziplinäre Aufmerksamkeit erregt. Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, inwiefern Tomasellos naturwissenschaftlich-empirisch fundierte Normativitätsforschung Anregungspotenzial für die Politische Theorie -und speziell für einen theoretisch gehaltvollen Begriff politischer Praktiken- bieten kann. Ein Begriff der impliziten Normativität gemeinsamer Praxis, wie er im Anschluss an die sprachphilosophischen Arbeiten Robert B. In recent years Michael Tomasello's research on the basic normativity of human cooperation has attracted interdisciplinary attention. This article examines the possibility of applying Tomasello's naturalscientific, empirical conception of normativity to political theory - especially to a theoretically substantial conception of political practices. The article argues that a reason-based understanding of the implicit normativity of collective practices -as discussed in philosophy of language by Robert B. Brandom- can be complemented by Tomasello's 'embodied' conception of normativity.... view less
