Netzwerk 42 - Mit Vielfalt verändern: intermediäres gemeinwesenorientiertes Netzwerk mit Fokus auf die Ganzheitlichkeit des Individuums mit einer nachhaltigen Veränderung des Systems; Praxisansatz für eine Soziale Arbeit auf der Basis von Gemeinwesenwissenschaft

Abstract

Eine ökonomisch bedingte Armut ist aus einer neoliberalen Gesellschaft leider kaum wegzu-denken. Die vorherrschende Aktivierungspolitik verhindert eine direkte Einflussnahme durch ein hegemoniales Machtgefälle. Die Risiken werden dabei weiterhin auf die betroffenen Indi-viduen mit ihren rein ökonomischen Ressourcen übertragen und in ein Abhängigkeitsver-hältnis gestellt. Die vorliegende Arbeit zeigt auf, wie wichtig es ist, den Blick auf die Ganz-heitlichkeit des Individuums und seines Lebensführungssystems zu haben. Diese Bereiche beeinflussen sich gegenseitig. Anhand des Praxisansatzes Netzwerk42 (N42) werden die nötigen Voraussetzungen für ein Gemeinwesen verortetes Organisationskonzept aufgezeigt. Vernetzungs- und Mobilisierungsüberlegungen aus sozialen Bewegungen zeigen dabei das Potenzial lokaler Netzwerkressourcen auf. Der Professionsanspruch mit dem Tripelmandat wird zu einem zentralen Element. Dabei wird die dazu geforderte Handlungswissenschaft in Form einer unabhängigen Gemeinwesenwissenschaft in der Praxis verankert bzw. verortet. Zugleich bedingt dies, dass sich eine solche Organisation unabhängig und intermediär ver-ortet. So kann diese mit wissenschaftlich begründeten Argumenten auf politischer Ebene wirksam werden und gleichzeitig mit dem Konzept eines Sozial Innovation Labs die betroffe-nen Personen im lokalen Raum beim Veränderungsprozess zu Expertinnen und Experten machen.

Unfortunately, a neoliberal society can hardly be imagined without economically induced poverty. The predominant activation policy prevents direct influence from a hegemonic power imbalance, but in so doing, the risks are continuously passed on to the affected individuals with their purely economic resources and thus put into a dependency relationship. The present thesis therefore demonstrates how important it is to focus on the holistic nature of the individual and his system of life choices, as these areas exert a mutual influence on each other. Based on the practical approach of the decentralized Network42 (N42), the necessary prerequisites of an organizational concept rooted in the community are outlined. Networking and mobilization considerations from social movements show here the potential of local networking resources. The professional claim of a threefold mandate thereby becomes a core element, anchoring or rather locating the therefore required interactional science in the form of an independent community science within practice. At the same time, this approach leads to an independent and intermediary positioning of such an organization. Thus, on the grounds of scientifically based arguments, the latter can become operative on the political level and, simultaneously, by using the concept of the Social Innovation Lab, it can turn the affected persons at local level into experts of the change process.
