El objetivo de este artículo es identificar ciertos factores situacionales que podrían explicar los cambios en los estilos de liderazgo de los nuevos partidos políticos en México y España. Para ello se analizan los casos de Andrés Manuel López Obrador (Morena), Pablo Iglesias (Podemos) y Albert Rivera (Ciudadanos). La estructura del documento es la siguiente: un examen de la literatura sobre los estilos de liderazgo en contextos de crisis; la definición de un marco teórico, una revisión del contexto histórico; una descripción de la propuesta metodológica, específicamente la explicación del análisis de contexto empleado para medir los estilos de liderazgo; una clasificación de los estilos de liderazgo en diferentes periodos, la identificación de algunos factores situacionales que podrían explicar los cambios en los estilos de liderazgo de los dirigentes; conclusiones y perspectivas a futuro.... view less

This article is aimed at identifying certain situational factors that could explain changes in the leadership style of the new political parties in Mexico and Spain. The author thus explores the cases of Andrés Manuel López Obrador (Morena), Pablo Iglesias (Podemos), and Albert Rivera (Ciudadanos). The structure of the article is as follows: review of the literature on leadership styles in crises contexts; definition of the theoretical framework; review of the historical context; description of the methodological proposal, focused on the context analysis used to measure leadership styles; classification of leadership styles in various periods; identification of some situational factors that may account for changes in leadership styles; conclusions and future prospects.... view less
