¿Es posible que a través de los partidos políticos, miembros de la sociedad civil puedan expresarse y llegar a ocupar cargos de elección y, finalmente, a gobernar un municipio, una entidad federativa o el país entero? ¿Es posible cumplir objetivos cívicos -por naturaleza alejados de toda pretensión de toma del poder- a través del ejercicio de la función pública en sus distintos niveles e instancias? Is it possible that through the political parties, members of the Civil Society, could express and come to ocuppy election charges and finaly to gobem a municipality, a state or a wholw country? Is it possible to fulfill civic objetives -by nature far from all pretension of taking the power- through the exercise of public function in ints distinct levels and instances?
