¿Cómo ayudar a la protección de los derechos humanos en todo el mundo, pero sin violar la soberanía de las naciones? Alrededor de este cuestionamiento, el autor discute en su artículo la necesidad de replantear el concepto de soberanía actual con el fin de adecuarlo al cumplimiento cabal de los derechos humanos. How to help protect the human rights throughout the world without violating the sovereignty of nations? Around this question the author suggests the need to revise the concept of sovereignty in order to adjust to a thorough fulfilment of human rights.
