El artículo desarrolla la forma en que los trabajadores de Ruta-100 construyeron las nociones de legalidad y justicia en un contexto particular. Se analiza este caso porque el proceso de quiebra de la empresa Ruta-100 y la desaparición del sindicato en 1995, animado por un conflicto político, violentó toda la normatividad jurídica. La construcción de estas nociones en el mundo simbólico de los trabajadores, más que construirse en el proceso jurídico que se siguió, estuvo mediada por las relaciones laborales establecidas entre el sindicato y la empresa y por una relación patrimonial entre los dirigentes y los trabajadores. This paper reflects upon the way in which the workers of the Ruta-100 company built the notions of legality and justice in a particular context. This case is analyzed because the bankruptcy of the company, and the dissapereance of the syndicate in 1995, animated by a political conflict, violated the juridical normativity in every way. The construction of these notions in the worker's symbolic world, did not respond to the juridical process that took place, but to the mediation of the laboral relationship built between the syndicate and the company, and to the patrimonial relationships between leaders and workers.
