Comprensión social y complejidad del derecho en el ámbito familiar

Abstract

En este trabajo, el autor analiza la relación entre la complejidad jurídica de las normas o procedimientos del sistema de administración de justicia y la comprensión social de los usuarios. Indaga factores que dificultan dicho proceso relacionando el nivel socioeconómico y educativo de los usuarios con su comprensión del derecho, así como la percepción social del sistema de administración de justicia.

In this essay, the author analyzes the relationship between the juristical complexity of the norms or procedures of the system of administration of justice and the social understanding of the users. It investigates the factors that hinder said process relating the socioeconomic and educational level of the users with their understanding of law, as well as the social perception of the system of the administration of justice.
