The study is a response to: (a) the problem of growing pluralism and disorder of private law principles; (b) the problem of a uniform methodological basis of the formation of a set of private law principles.The study attempts: (a) to simplify the methodological approach to principles of private law; (b) to allow a better orientation in the structure of the principles; (c) to arrange the existing private law principles into a functional system.
