El presente artículo plantea el caso de Ciudad Juárez, México como el de un laboratorio social en materia de relaciones laborales, distintos tipos de violencia, exterminio de grupos específicos y la militarización de la vida cotidiana. Asimismo se establecen las condiciones de desarrollo excluyente del proyecto de ciudad. Además de ello abordamos el proceso que hizo que durante el periodo 2008-2011 fuese considerada la ciudad más violenta del mundo por sus tasas de asesinato. This article presents the case of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico as a social laboratory in work relations, different types of violence, the murder of specific groups and the militarization of everyday life. Also we discuss the exclusionary conditions of city development project. Furthermore we address the process that made during the period 2008-2011 the city were considered the most violent in the world for murder rates.
