Interesting and Peculiar Characteristics Related to the Different Geographical Areas in which Algebra has Developed are Taken into Account. the Scientific Rigorous Followed Treatment Allows the Use of the Paper Also as a Pedagogical Introduction to this Fundamental Branch of Current Mathematics.
