Method: This was a descriptive, cross-sectional, whose sample consisted of 80 patients. Data collection occurred in november and december 2012, by history, physical examination and application on a form prescribed based the domains of NANDA-I Taxonomy. Approved by the Ethics Committee and Research CAAE 07614812.6.0000.5537. Results: The diagnoses were identified: dysfunctional gastrointestinal Motility (55,8%), Constipation (20,9%) and (23,3%) had both diagnoses.
