Lebensqualität und Wohlbefinden in einem städtischen Wohngebiet: Telefonbefragung und Zukunftswerkstatt als quantitativ-qualitativer Methodenmix

Abstract

Vorgestellt wird eine Studie, die die subjektiv wahrgenommene Lebensqualität der Bewohner eines ausgewählten Berliner Wohngebietes analysiert. Diese Analyse geschieht anband einer Kombination von quantitativen und qualitativen Verfahren. Mittels einer Telefonbefragung wird die außerordentliche Komplexität des Forschungsfeldes reduziert und ein Überblick über den Bedarf an Gesundheitsförderungsmaßnahmen gewonnen. Daran schließt ein qualitatives Verfahren - die Zukunftswerkstatt - an, um die aus der Telefonbefragung gewonnenen Informationen zu ergänzen. Dieser Methodenmix erweist sich für den vorliegenden gemeindepsychologischen Gegenstandsbereich als sehr hilfreich.

A study analyzing the self-perceived life quality of the inhabitants of a specific residential district in Berlin is introduced. The analysis is condueted with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. In the first step, telephone interviews are taken to reduce the extraordinary complexity of the research area and to give an overview of the need for health promotion. The second step includes the qualitative method future workshop. It is carried out to complete the data derived out of the telephone interviews. The method mix used in the study proved to be very useful in the research area ofhuman health promotion.
