dc.description.abstract	On October 15-16, 2016, the heads of the state of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) met in Goa for the 8th Annual BRICS Summit, which was held under the theme “Building Responsive, Inclusive and Collective Solutions.” The Summit highlighted the increasing role of the BRICS countries in global affairs equated with their shared vision of strategic interests and approaches in the changing systemic dynamics of the international order.	en
